FEDINC  - Inspection Division performs inspections of residential and commercial buildings to state and local building codes and ordinances.  During field inspections, the private provider inspection services division determines whether required permits have been issued, and whether required test and documentation are adequate and in compliance.

Inspectors are state certified and attend educational seminars on a regular basis in an effort to be knowledgeable of code revisions.  All of our employees have strong professional backgrounds with the city and county municipalities, and are highly respected in their field.

New Construction

We are authorized Private Providers and can provide building code plans review as well as inspection services for most of central Florida's  municipalities.  Several municipalities reduce or discount their permitting fees when FEDINC does the inspections.

Builders and contractors are overseen by state or local government officials.  Local county or city building inspectors are responsible for making sure that each stage of the building process is completed correctly.  FEDINC inspectors are authorized to do these inspections in place of the local officials.

4 Points Inspection
This type of inspection is generally required for older homes in order to obtain home owner's insurance. This inspection is done according to State code and consists of the examination of the electrical, mechanical, plumbing and roofing system.

Mobil Home Inspections
Mobil Home foundation inspections are done according to the Installation Standards for Mobile/Manufactured Homes and Park Trailers (Rule 15C).
