Johnny A. Molina is a GIS/IT Professional with more than 15 years of experience in design and installation of Microsoft-based computer networks, deployment and management of ADCADD and GIS software systems. His work includes analyzing and selecting network, computer, and software systems for GIS, Engineering/Architectural firms. As an ADCADD Engineering Designer and GIS specialist, Mr. Molina has provided services to the Central Florida Phosphate Industry. Relevant experience includes use of AutoCAD®, Autodesk Land Desktop and ESRI’s ArcGIS software in the field of Land Reclamation Design, Construction and Conceptual Reclamation Plans. He is highly experienced in the creation of 3-Dimensional models to be used by GPS equipment mounted on dozers and handheld receivers to achieve sub foot accurate final grades, performed volumetric calculations to achieve cut and fill balance on reclamation of large areas of drastically disturbed lands by phosphate mining. In addition, as local area network supervisor, designed networking systems and put in place programs for training of personnel in automated systems, CAD systems, geologic reserves and mine plan modeling software.
