Federal Business Opportunities Southwest Florida Water Management District
FBO.gov is the single government point-of-entry (GPE) for Federal government procurement opportunities over $25,000. Government buyers are able to publicize their business opportunities by posting information directly to FedBizOpps via the Internet. Through one portal, FBO.gov, commercial vendors seeking Federal markets for their products and services can search, monitor and retrieve opportunities solicited by the entire Federal contracting community. Southwest Florida Water Management District assumes its responsibilities as authorized in Chapter 373 and other chapters of the Florida Statutes by directing a wide-range of programs, initiatives, and actions. These programs include, but are not limited to, flood control, regulatory programs, water conservation, education, and supportive data collection and analysis efforts.
Florida Department of Environmental Protection St. Johns River Water Management District
The Department of Environmental Protection is the lead agency in state government for environmental management and stewardship and is one of the more diverse agencies in state government, protecting our air, water, and land. The Department is divided into three primary areas: Regulatory Programs, Land and Recreation and Planning and Management. The St. Johns River Water Management District is responsible for managing groundwater and surface water supplies in all or part of 18 counties in northeast and east-central Florida. About 700 dedicated staff are employed by the District at offices in Palatka, Jacksonville, Altamonte Springs and Palm Bay.

South Florida Water Management District US Army Corps of Engineers
The South Florida Water Management District is a regional governmental agency responsible for water quality, flood control, water supply and environmental restoration in 16 counties, from Orlando to the Florida Keys. It is the oldest and largest of the state\'s five water management districts. US Army Corps of Engineers is  protecting and restoring the Nation’s environment including critical efforts in the Everglades, the Louisiana coast, and along many of our Nation’s major waterways.  The Corps is also cleaning sites contaminated with hazardous, toxic or radioactive waste and material in an effort to sustain the environment.
